Contains:
2 x 29 cm pads and 2 x reusable soft fabric covers.

Directions for use:
Prior to first use, and after each use thereafter, wash in warm soapy water and air dry.
Covers are machine washable in cold water and should be washed prior to first use. Do not exceed 30deg water.

Cold application:
Place gel packs in the freezer for at least 2 hours without the fabric cover. Place gel pack into your underwear where comfort is needed. If desired put the cold gel pack into the fabric cover to achieve comfort and desired temperature.
Do not exceed application time of 20 minutes at a time.

Hot application:
Place in the microwave and heat for 10-15 seconds (700 watt microwave). If desired temperature has not been reached, continue in bursts of 5 seconds. Do not exceed application time of 20 minutes at a time.
Please note: all microwaves are different. Test temperature prior to applying to breast.
