Return or exchange your item/s as per our terms and conditions set out below.
Return Process
We will happily refund any items that are in new and re-saleable condition. Unopened and unused.
Our return period is 30 days from date of order.
Login to your account using the email address you purchased with. You can click here to login.
Find your order and fill out the return request for eligible items. If you require an exchange please make note in the comments.

We do not pay for return postage - you will need to arrange the postage label or bag at your expense.
If exchanging wait for our staff to contact you with your desired items availability, then include an addressed + prepaid return Postage Satchel large enough to accommodate your exchanged garments, this way we can get your goods off to you immediately.
- We do not offer free returns.
- Both the original and return postage costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All returned items must be sent back in their original saleable condition including packaging.
- All items will be inspected closely before your refund or exchange is processed.
- If your item does not pass inspection you may choose to pay to have it returned to you or we will dispose of the item.
Sale Items
We do not offer returns on sale items.
